寧國堂朱氏家族（英語：House Choo of Penang）是一個海峽共和國的土生華人家族，源出自鳳陽朱氏。
家族歷史
起源
朱氏家族溯源自明朝開國皇帝洪武大帝朱元璋，經由第十七子寧王朱權一脈相傳。家族檔案宣稱承襲自寧王朱宸濠，並通過其子朱承慈延續香火。 寧王之亂失敗後，朱承慈攜寧王府三成庫藏（黃金二十萬兩、宮廷匠人百名）乘福船南逃，於1535年抵達葡屬麻六甲。
馬六甲時期
抵達馬六甲後，朱承慈歸順葡萄牙政府，並因其大明宗室身分獲封華人甲必丹，負責管理和解決華僑的各種民事糾紛。朱承慈因此善用其強大影響力組建東南亞首個僑生商會萬生行。數代耕耘後，萬生行發展成壟斷馬六甲對安南、中國及琉球貿易，更控制馬六甲胡椒出口的大商行，並發行通行馬來半島的錫合金貨幣錫通寶。第二代家主朱榮冠開始，歷代家主皆受柔佛州蘇丹冊封為拿督，第四代家主更娶柔佛蘇丹侄女敦·法蒂瑪（後代改稱朱敦氏），並創洪門組織南華公司。1741年因捲入柔佛蘇丹國權力鬥爭遭荷蘭東印度公司驅逐，舉族遷往剛成為英國殖民地的檳城島。

由於家族檔案中有關家族和成員個人淨資產的記錄不對外開放，外界從未得悉過朱氏家族完整財富（資產和投資總額以及家族成員的個人財富）的準確數字。
