戶原民國國民大會（英文：National Assembly of the Republic of HuYuan，簡稱為：國大）是戶原民國之國民政權行使機關，是依照《戶原民國憲法》所成立的憲政機構，目前下設內部單位有1處1組及1委員會，並設有1個任務委員會；國民大會之議事地點，位於平陽聯邦市仁川區之聯邦大會堂。

國民大會職權
依照憲法第七章第七十六條規定，國民大會之職權如左：
- (一) 在投票具有爭議後，選舉正副總統。
- (二) 彈劾正副總統。
- (三) 審核修憲草案。
- (四) 提出修憲草案。
國民大會組織
- 秘書處
- 處理日常事務及發布會議議程
- 核定委員會
- 負責審定代表所提出之相關規則或辦法。
- 議事文書組
- 執掌文書相關工作、議事紀錄及選舉審查事務。
- 修憲審核委員會
- 國民大會收到修憲案後，組成修憲審定委員會，對該修憲案進行修正。
